Salesforce Administrator II (Mid-Level)

Lead Salesforce technology and development projects including project execution strategies, collaborations and communications

Expert level of Salesforce.com data structure knowledge and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements.

Providing daily administration, troubleshooting and support of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, data integrity, maintenance, backups, queues, capacity, configuration updates to security, rules, capacity and storage management

Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, pate layout workflows and approvals, create and maintain custom objects, object relationships and standard and custom fields
-
Install, manage and maintain third party apps

Working with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
-
Analyzing Salesforce.com capabilities including add-ins or partner applications to determine optimal solutions

Experience with developing, testing and deploying change sets from sandbox environments

Ability to promote code from sandboxes to production environment and ensuring functionality, integration, etc.

Ability to model business processes as data structures and applications in Salesforce

Document best practices and operational procedures

Minimum 3+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
Salesforce Administrator III (Experienced)

Highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background in Salesforce.com

Mentor junior developers and lead day-to-day activities within the development team

Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
-
Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision

Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking

Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of VisualForce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred
