Salesforce to Salesforce Interface
A large medical device company also owns a separate software company. Each has their own Salesforce system.
The client wanted the two systems to remain separate (due to different sales processes and sales teams) but wanted each group to have visibility into if a customer purchased products.
We built a Salesforce to Salesforce (two-way) connector that enabled each company to create Opportunities and Leads for the other, as well as have the sales teams communicate within these objects and see real-time updates occurring.
