Salesforce to Salesforce Interface

  • A large medical device company also owns a separate software company. Each has their own Salesforce system.

  • The client wanted the two systems to remain separate (due to different sales processes and sales teams) but wanted each group to have visibility into if a customer purchased products.

  • We built a Salesforce to Salesforce (two-way) connector that enabled each company to create Opportunities and Leads for the other, as well as have the sales teams communicate within these objects and see real-time updates occurring.
